Update: I found that if I use Chrome browser, the edit works as expected with the down arrow, that is, you get the option to edit the listing and the listing form is displayed.

I thought that the other day when I first activated it, left it overnight and when I checked the site the next day, the pages were the same as the insights preview, symbols and random text, no content at all. I quickly wiped the settings and deactivated the plugin. The site came back once I deactivated.

Hi Ali, I reloaded everything from scratch including WP and the added all plugins one at a time. This seems to have worked and it is displaying everything correctly. Thanks for your time in this, looks like it may have been a corrupt plugin when I installed. Everything is now good.

Update: I disable the theme support as advised to install and things worked almost normally. It appears to be the theme support code that is causing the issue.

Update. I have deactivated all plugins apart from the core plugins required and it worked up until I activated Code Snippets with the theme support code and this screwed up the single listing page.

The inner content sidebar is added to the Elementor home page. I have set every page and post setting as left sidebar and the elementor one is also on the left of page and is inserted as a sidebar. I have uploaded some images https://prnt.sc/6-XL8ewI9uKu

As you can see, when I click on an image to view it, it shows the right sidebar and somehow, it shows the image in the left sidebar area. How can I either have no sidebar in the results page of have the sidebar display on the left? I will remove the Elementor sidebar and apply the left sidebar in the home page edit and see if that makes any difference.

Edit: I have removed the internal sidebar and set the WP sidebar to left and page to normal and this does the same thing.

I did as suggested and the image is now displayed as normal, thanks for that. I now have an issue where the single listing page has the sidebar on the right where the rest of the site the sidebar displays on the left. I am using Astra theme by the way. I have been into the customization settings and set the sidebar to left everywhere I can see a setting for it, but nothing I have tried so far works. Is there something I may have missed?

Hi Ben, sorry for the delay in replying, I have been busy doing other things, I did respond to your email earlier. I just checked the staging site and when I updated your plugin, I found that was working perfectly so I updated the live site again and I get no issue when suspending a member, so not sure what has changed, WordPress, Buddypress, Elementor? Anyway, it seems to be sorted now, thank you for your time in this matter.

Following the basic troubleshooting guide and here is my findings. I have created a staging site to do the testing at https://ecupid.com.au/stage. I have updated plugin to 3.5.0 for testing. I have cleared my browser cache and even tried a browser that doesn’t save history. Same issue. I have disabled Nitropack plugin which has caching. I have disabled all plugins apart from Block Suspend Report, Elementor, Elementor header/footer and blocks, Classic Widgets, and Kirki Toolkit, (last 2 required by BuddyX theme) and Buddypress. Suspend does not work in admin login and block does not work in members login. I have switched to default themes Twenty twenty three and Twenty twenty one, with no difference. I have updated the permalink structure, again no difference. I have turned on debug and it doesn’t show an error at all, just a white screen with a zero 0 in the top left corner of screen. Hope this helps.

I am having the same issue with the exact same message. The only way that membership transactions can progress is after I disable the reCAPTCHA in the settings. I am using the Sweetdate theme and as far as I am aware, this was working 3 or 4 weeks ago. I only noticed this when I was getting a lot of traffic to my site, but no member signups. I checked the process and at the final step, I get the OP error message. Using the PMPro Version 2.5.10.1 although it says it is the latest version. I have also downloaded the latest version from PMPro website and reinstalled the plugin and it’s still the same.

Enabling plugins one by one, as soon as I enabled Paid Memberships Pro, the message disappears from the log in form and simply displays “There was a problem with your username or password.” no suspension message. I have now enabled all plugins except for Paid Memberships Pro, and I receive the suspension message. This looks to be the root of this issue.

With plugins disabled, the suspended member does get the suspended message as expected. So this looks like there is a conflict somewhere. I will activate the plugins to see where the issue is and report back

Hi Ben, I don’t expect you to work on this tonight but I have checked and the version is 3.3.0. I have deactivated all plugins except Sweetdate, Buddypress and BSR. A member reporting another member results in a report being logged and email is sent to the admin. I still can’t remove the upheld status of the report.

Sorry for the late repy, but is there any way to display the wholesale price as well as the retail price in the POS. This is a deal breaker for my client as each item has a specific wholesale price dictated by her suppliers. This means that we can’t simply apply a percentage discount or even be able to work out what the discount might be on a given item. We would need to have a spreadsheet that would need to be updated separately which would be a problem. Also, there are a lot of items that are only available to wholesale customers so the POS isn’t showing those items as they don’t have a price where it would normally be in Woocommerce. This is handled online by setting up a rule where if there is no retail price, then display the text “Trade Only.” When the wholesale user logs in, the wholesale price is displayed. With the POS, there is no logging in, so if there isn’t a retail price, POS doesn’t display the product. You mention customize, how much would this cost to get this? All the best, Steve
