Currently, only the site administrator has access to the Money Manager sections in the admin panel. But since this is not the first time the request to grant access to other user roles has been received, this feature will be implemented in the next release.

I can see in your screenshot that you have “comma” selected in the Decimal separator field. This field is on the right below the Date format.

Please change its value to “dot” and try to import again.

The CSV import window has a special field for specifying the correct decimal separator. Did you set it to “dot”?

I was able to reproduce the issue in a time zone west of GMT. Please try version 1.21.1 and tell me if the issue is gone for you.

This is a strange behavior that I can’t reproduce. Could you tell me what time zone is set on your computer?

Any WordPress user can log into the admin area, for example, to edit their profile (example.com/wp-admin/profile.php). And the set of sections available in the side menu is determined by user permissions.

Right now Money Manager is available only to administrators, but with the new setting it can become available to users with less permissions – this is an easy solution to the issue.

Bringing all the functionality to the frontend is theoretically possible, but this is a much more difficult task. I will consider implementing it in the future.

And what about a setting inside Money Manager that would allow you to specify the user roles that have access to the plugin in the admin panel?

Do you mean that absolutely all functionality of Money Manager should be available from the frontend? Including managing accounts, categories, currencies, etc. access to which is located in the top menu? As well as managing transactions and switching between accounts in the sidebar?

Budget is available in v1.1.0 of the Extended Reports add-on.
