I added the Easy Google Fonts plugin and was able to see changes on “paragraphs” but I’m not seeing changes to any of the other headings on my site. I am changing the font through the Typography area in customize.

Sorry about that…I figured it would all be the same issue because it was issues with the slider. Looks like I may have fixed it anyway, but if not I will post separate topics. Thanks. ??

Okay. I am going to see what happens here, because at the beginning of the day having the cache saving disabled seemed to work…and now at the end of the day it’s not working…nor is clearing the cache on my desktop.

Another question about this: does it sometimes just take a long time for changes to show up on the actual site? Is that just a “normal” part of editing a site? Or should I be seeing the changes when I refresh the page no matter what?

Do you think it would be alright if I disabled while editing my site and then enable when I am done?

I think I fixed the problem.
I went to my host area on my dashboard under their “performance” tab and disabled the “page cache” and “browser cache”. It looks like all the current changes are now reflected on my computer and devices.

One more question though…

Will selecting “disable” on these host cache spots cause any issues with my website?

I tried viewing my site on someone else’s computer and it came up with all the current changes.

Do you think that this is still a web hosting issue?

I have been using the Additional CSS only.
Is that enough to safe changes after updates?

Also, I just found out the menu is actually “there” on the gallery page because I tapped my finger on the ipad screen where I thought it would but and the drop down menu popped up…so it must still be white only on that page for some reason???

Well, that worked…mostly…

The black hamburger menu showed up on all the mobile pages I have except the Gallery page on my ipad. But it’s only missing from the ipad mobile version…not the iphone.

Also, it looks like the fix changed some of the ways that the pages are displaying in general…but maybe I wasn’t looking at it that close before. That might be another topic.

Well, I just ended up deleting all the pages and plug-ins and starting from scratch with a different plug-in and that fixed this particular issue.

Well, there was no “appearance tab” anywhere in the Jetpack settings, but there was an option to turn off theme settings for mobile so I did that. But it didn’t help.

Now that I look back though, I didn’t explain enough…sorry!

From the gallery page there are two options “Nature” or “Food” and the picture link will take you to a specified gallery of each subject. The link to the “food” option works just fine and gets you to another page. “Nature” option is where it takes you to a blank page with “sorry, you are not allowed to view drafts”.

Both pages are set up exactly the same so I am very confused. I tried deleting the “nature” page and starting over and it still wouldn’t work. Then I created a “nature” gallery and deleted the old one. Still didn’t work.

I replaced this as per you and another person here and it worked!

I deleted all the css in the plugin and moved it to the appearance>customize>additional css area and actually noticed a difference is my site loading speed right away.
