We found this thread while looking for our answer and it turns out that the XML-Sitemap plugin already allows you to add Custom Post Types (kind of…).

You just need to add your CPT pages manually.

I was just investigating this plugin because a client is using it. The plugin homepage is returning a 503 Temporarily Unavailable and it hasn’t been updated since last year.

I hope the dev sees this and responds…

Tried visiting https://thecardist.net/performance and hit a 404 Error page. You change the url?

Looks like your image has a 1px border on it. Check the image within your post to see if this border is being defined there too.

I had this issue with the 404 as well and resaving my permalinks fixed it. However, it happened again and I only knew about because a user was nice enough to leave me a comment and let me know. Resaved permalinks again and it’s fixed.

This begs the question…why? Why would it have broken again?

I use W3 Total Cache and I often find myself “emptying all caches” when testing different things. Could this be the cause? Should I get in the habit of also resaving permalinks?

I am researching this plugin to meet the specs for a client and I wonder if you would be so kind as to advise off forum on whether this plugin will meet our needs.

If I can confirm that this plugin will work for this project (without details of exactly how), I can pay for any additional advisement if necessary.

Those are some pretty serious accusations about a plugin that’s been downloaded more than 600,000 times.

Please provide details of your setup and I’m sure the plugin author would be happy to respond and determine if there are any bugs with his/her plugin.
