Hello, your site is in maintenance mode. Can you remove when ready so I can have a look?
Hi cameracassidy,
I’ve just loaded that page while viewing the Console in Chrome developer tools and see several errors. You can see a screenshot of this here:
https://picpaste.com/Screen_Shot_2017-04-07_at_11.27.59_AM-JLuJpjjA.pngTo move forward with troubleshooting, I’d recommend these steps…
1. Contact your host and ask them to ensure your switch to HTTPS went as planned.
2. Deactivate ALL plugins and switch to the default WP theme (do this in a staging environment if you can), and make sure to remove extra scripts you might have (like your advertising scripts seen in that screenshot)Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [SiteLock Security] Badge does not display and popup does not populateHi again @tvandiepen,
We’ve resolved that issue and pushed an update. Should be seeing version 4.0.4 now.
After updating to v4.0.4 you’ll need to go to badge settings and press “Save”.
Please let us know how it goes and if you run into any other issues.

In reply to: [SiteLock Security] Badge does not display and popup does not populateHi @tvandiepen,
I’ve forwarded this to our team and they are looking into it for a fix.
Note: As you probably know, any changes you make to plugin files will get overwritten when an update is applied.
We’ll update this thread when we have further information on a fix. Thanks for reporting this with your code details and experience.
You can do this by choosing the “Single Thumbnail Gallery” template in a FooGallery.
Can you please provide a public url so we can have a look?
Hi,
FooBox settings can be found in your WP Dashboard under–>”FooBox”
You will see some settings there for images, and you will need to make sure that your images are set to “link to media file”

In reply to: [Lightbox & Modal Popup WordPress Plugin - FooBox] PDFs, Pages?Hi there,
FooBox Pro can handle both PDFs (with the help from another plugin) and Gravity Forms. Here are a couple links to documentation on how that’s done.

Hope that helps, and thanks for considering Foo!
Unfortunately, there is no pagination option at this time with the free or Pro version.
Including a pagination option is on the todo list, but we don’t have a timeline for that release yet.
The second lightbox that’s opening is the Magnific Popup lightbox script. Check to see if you have another plugin installed that uses this. Otherwise, it might be built into your theme and in that case, look for a setting to turn off the lightbox feature.
It looks like you have the FooBox Lightbox installed, and then another lightbox is also opening behind the FooBox lightbox.
Check to see if you have another lightbox plugin installed, or if another plugin you have (like a maps plugin or WooCommerce) has a lightbox option. If so, deactivate them, or look for a setting in those plugins to turn the lightbox off.
If I understand your question correctly, the answer is no.
Although you’re able to change the dimensions in pixels on how you want your thumbnail images to display, it will crop from the center of the image so you can’t really choose a specific area like you’ve described.

In reply to: [SiteLock Security] Only for payment?Hi matteo,
Do you currently have a SiteLock account?
Were you able to login successfully and then redirected to the WP District site?
Any additional information you can provide will help us to troubleshoot.

In reply to: [SiteLock Security] Not connectingAnother update:
It’s been fixed. Please look for the SiteLock plugin v3.3.0 update in your WP admin area.

In reply to: [SiteLock Security] Not connectingHi again us_heart,
We’ve discovered the issue and are working on a fix. This will be pushed within the next 24 hours.
The issue is that the latest version of WP made a change affecting URLs formatting. It looks like others plugins have been affected as well.
Please Note: This has only affected the ability for our plugin to load your SiteLock Dashboard within the /wp-admin/ area and does not affect our ability to continue to scan and protect your site.
SiteLock security was specifically designed to be served from the cloud and work at the server level rather than being dependent on the application used (WordPress).
Our users continue to enjoy the best website security available.
Again, this fix should be ready within the next 24 hours (and most likely sooner). Please keep an eye on the updates area of your admin for the SiteLock plugin update.
