It’s really very strange that it would work intermittently. If none of the plugin deactivations did the trick, my hunch is that there is still something interfering with the FooGallery styles being loaded on that page properly.

Can you create a staging or local environment with a fresh WP install and use only FooGallery and a default WP theme?

The first thing to try is deactivating any plugins you’ve recently installed.

Second, try deactivating ALL your plugins except FooGallery and see if the issue goes away. If it does, then reactivate one by one until you find the culprit.

That is not a built-in feature of FooBox (which FooGallery uses for the lightbox).

Try deactivating all plugins except Foo and also switching to a default WP theme to see if they load.

Please deactivate all other plugins and switch to a default WP theme and see if the problem persists.

If you have other issues after checking these things, please start another thread here as the original issue on this thread has been resolved.

I just inspected that page with Chrome dev tools and the Console shows an error related to some javascript in the “pinboard” theme.

Have you tried taking the theme completely out of the equation though, rather than just changing some of it’s settings?

Have you tried changing to the default theme to take that out of the mix? Sometimes themes include special functionality or outdated jQuery versions that can cause issues with plugins.

If that doesn’t get you closer to the cause, then you can download older versions in the Developers tab here.

It seem to be referring to “slidejs” which is probably from a plugin or from your theme. Please Deactivate all other plugins besides FooGallery and see if your gallery loads as expected.

Looks like it might be related to some kind of media player plugin you have installed?

We can’t help if we can’t see your theme. Can you please provide a url with your theme applied?

Keep in mind that if you edit these files, they WILL get overwritten during the next plugin update.

It would be best to copy the template you want and make yourself a new template with your desired changes.

Editing the Administrator Role using your Members plugin has brought back the Plugin/Theme capabilities!!!!
