Hello,
I believe this is an issue with the Owl Carousel extension. Please contact the author of that extension here:
https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/foogallery-owl-carousel-templateHave you tried deactivating all active plugins on that subsite?
Good to know Tony, thanks for utilizing FooPlugins:)
Unfortunately this option does not currently exist in FooGallery.
A couple things to try.
1. Make sure that FooBox Free shows as activated in the normal plugins listing and also in the FooGallery –> Extension listing.
2. Edit the FooGallery you already made before activating FooBox and simply click “Update”.
After that, you should see FooBox as an option in the Lightbox dropdown choice.
We’re glad to have it fixed now. This will be pushed to a public update soon.
There is no Pro version of FooGallery, it’s free:)
We do have a Pro version of our free lightbox plugin named FooBox.
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/foobox-image-lightbox/This might help…
We do plan to build additional FooGallery templates to handle additional features like this, but we don’t have a timeline for when that will happen.
There is no built-in slide show functionality for FooGallery.
Can you please link to the url where you are seeing this?
Just answered your FooBox Pro ticket and explained what was wrong. It was a setting that has been changed somehow.
It is working now.
Hi Kath001,
Your social icons are now working. Once I logged in I saw that both FooBox Free and FooBox Pro were both activated so I deactivated FooBox Free since it is no longer needed.
This allowed me to Edit your FooGallery and choose “FooBox” as the lightbox option properly.
As an aside, when these images open in FooBox, you have it set to show icons on hover so make sure to hover a bit to see the sharing icons.

I suspected it was something simple and that we were just losing things in translation.
Sorry for the confusion, but you should be good to go now:)

Hi kath001,
Let me jump in and clarify.
FooGallery is a free plugin. It does not include any social sharing features.
It sounds like you’ve purchased the Pro version of our other plugin named FooBox. FooBox is a lightbox “popup” plugin that applies to images and includes the social sharing option you are mentioning.
FooBox lightboxes can be applied to images that are displayed with the FooGallery image gallery plugin.
If you would like to email me directly at [email protected] with your login credentials, I’m happy to login and take a look personally at your FooGallery and FooBox settings to see what’s going on.
