  • I have three simple recommendations, may not solve the issue right away but things to try first.

    1. Your browser may, for some reason be using a cached version of the website. I would recommend clearing the cache of the page.
    2. Clearly the code is written in the custom CSS for the theme and its working in the preview but have you tried checking the “Inspect” on the page when you load it in the browser and seeing if the custom CSS is loaded in? If its not there, then the CSS is not loading properly when you go to the destination of the webpage.
    3. I would try loading your custom CSS on a plugin like this. It sometimes help with these issues and you can load the CSS individually, turn them on and off separately, etc. Also, when you update a theme you won’t load the CSS code.

Let me know if this helps.

Try logging into wp-admin by using the IP address of the site and see if you’re able to get into the back end. Once you’re into the back end undo the changes you’ve made.

    1. I think would have to be up to you. Storing them all in the WordPress media would mainly just increase the size of the site and then you’d be paying more to your host. Could potentially result in lower speeds depending on how the server is set up as well. Positive is that (and this is my personal opinion) WordPress has a pretty clean player which allows for some CSS customization and its just nice having everything on the site.
    2. If the site is a representation of the music/audio your selling I would always go with the higher quality audio.
    3. Compressing the audio takes away from the quality of the sound. Mind you I wouldn’t consider myself a sound professional at all but I know this all matters to professionals.

On the other hand, I think going with storing the audio files externally avoids most of the issues I described. Since you have so many it might be the way to go but it would have to be up to you.

I have used this plugin before but not sure how compatible it will be for you. The mobile version of your site mostly depends on the theme you are using. I also found this link as well which could also provide some help.

Are you saying when you are in the “Plugins” page you are checking the box next to the plugin that you want to update and then its selecting all of them? Could you share a screenshot where you are checking the box.

It seems like this is affecting a couple plugins and the theme, I would have to actually see what plugins and theme you’re using but potentially trying to fix up some of the load speeds could solve some issues. You page speed rankings are super low so I think fixing those up would solve some issues. Try downloading the Nitropack plugin, it’ll be a quick fix for the page speeds but will not give it 100% score.

If you need any more help let me know!

Its sounds like you skipped a couple steps when trying to change the domain name on the site but you need to make sure you’re able to access the site before changing anything else. I would start by trying to use the IP Address to access the site, logging into the backend, and changing the URL back to what it was before so you can access the site normally. Let me know if that works and then we can proceed.

I usually have this issue with my new websites but one quick way to fix this is by going to yoursite.com/wp-admin/options.php and then editing the email in “admin_email”. Don’t change anything else. This will change the admin email, which you can check by going to the link you have in the photo, but you’re probably still having issues with the system itself sending emails. You would probably need to setup an external email system like WPMail or another external email system.

If you need anything else let me know!
