@champsupertramp, I ran it again (3rd or 4th time) and the message is still there.
I had the same issue, but it probably did update. You can see the current version by going to Ultimate Member -> Settings -> Install Info. Look for the Version under — UM Configurations —
I’m having the same issue, but in UM->Settings->”Install Info” it does say:
Version: 2.3.0 Upgraded From: 2.1.17-alpha
You can check there, and it probably was actually successful, just an issue with the Upgrade notice.
I do have caching, so maybe that’s the issue, even though I’ve cleared all of it multiple times.
Thank you for the reply, Champ!
Just to clarify, if I add the code, I can have a registration form with only a field for “user_email” and leave out the “username” field, correct? That is my goal.

They published an update to the WooCommerce Product Tabs plugin today and it no longer conflicts, so it is indeed resolved! Great support from both teams, thank you!

In reply to: [WooCommerce Product Tabs] Conflict with Ultimate Member PluginIt works now!! Thank you so much, Nilambar!
Conflict is with “WooCommerce Product Tabs”…which is unfortunate because I really wanted to use that too, as it was the best I could find to suit our needs. I’ll reach out to their forums and let them know as well. Thanks!
It’s the latest version – I installed and activated it straight from the WP Admin Plugins section. I haven’t gotten a chance to get back into the site because I’m working on it with someone else and don’t have access to restore the backup. Once I can do that, I’ll try turning off plugins and see if that helps – I just wanted to go ahead and ask in case that specific error was known to be caused by any specific conflict. I’d really like to use Ultimate Member for this site, as it was so helpful and easy to use for another site I built. I’m really hoping that if it’s a plugin conflict, it’s with the few we can do without. Thanks!
Alright, it’s back to being just you ?? I was able to solve the issue!
For me, it was an issue with my caching. First, my theme had a setting to disable to WordPress menu caching, which I selected, then tested it, and it was working. Then I went back to my settings, and it wasn’t selected….so then I turned on my Themify cache, and it’s still working properly. I’ll let you know if it reverts back to not working, because I was pretty sure it was working initially for at least a day.
Hope you can get it figured out! Maybe play around with cache settings!
Oh, great – I don’t have to create my own thread ?? I’m having the same issue. I thought it was working fine for a day or so, but now it’s intermittently not working. In my main menu, I have a login link that should be displayed to logged out users, and another link that should be displayed to logged in members. Sometimes it’s showing the logged-in link when I’m not logged in, and sometimes it doesn’t change when I log in. The theme I’m using is Themify Ultra and my staging site is located at https://s8o.05d.myftpupload.com/. Next to “Donate” the “Login” link should be displayed. I’m not getting any errors in my DevTools console, and I don’t believe I’m getting any relevant errors in my WordPress log.
I tried deleting the menu items and adding them back, applying the same Ultimate Member Menu Settings again, and I always clear all cache from the theme and host (GoDaddy). Please let me know if there’s anything that can be done about this. I am going to try to use the If Menu plugin, but I’d rather keep my plugins to a minimum since the functionality is already built into Ultimate Member. I really love the plugin – it was perfect for my use case. Thank you!!

In reply to: [WooCommerce Square] Payment Form Can’t Be FilledI believe I located the issue: jQuery being deferred by my Themify theme. Seems to be working without that option enabled.
I’m not sure if it was a caching issue or what – I had cleared cache from my theme and hosting and refreshed without cache. Once I re-enabled and changed some settings (though nothing that should have changed the rules that I can tell), it began working in Chrome/Brave when I was logged in. I then tested not logged in/private browsing and it wasn’t working in Brave or Firefox. Today I tried again and it’s working logged in or in private browsing in Brave, Chrome, and Firefox. If the issue resumes soon, I’ll update this thread, but as of right now, it is working correctly. Thank you for your time!

In reply to: [WooCommerce Square] square credit card/date fields won’t let you typeI’m having the same issue. I saw one thread where someone solved their issue by “Enable jQuery Migrate Helper”, but this didn’t help me. I’ll be switching back to PayPal until I can figure it out (or an update comes that solves the issue).
Thanks TC.K! That works, but you gotta change the FANCY QUOTES! ha!
