Try accessing your website via FTP and delete the plugins ONE-BY-ONE to see if the issue is caused by a particular plugin. Also consider doing so to all the themes, too.

Yes, as an admin, you can delete all website content files. In fact, it happened to me. I had all the content on my website deleted mistakenly. I tried recovering but it didn’t work. So what I did was to reach out to the WordPress support service, [moderated]
