It seems as though for logged out users cache works, but for logged in users it doesn’t – I tried in a Firefox private window (because I was logged in in another FF window) as a logged out user and after reload I get cache: hit; I then logged in as another user and after reload get cache: miss, and of course on my logged in admin user I get cache: miss on every page too. I have the Cache Logged In Users turned on, but reading some other posts in the forum it seems that there is maybe an issue with Firefox (or maybe just the MacOS version I use, which is the latest)? I haven’t tried with any other browser.

I’m afraid not, every page, however often I reload always shows miss. I have tried again today and it still shows miss, even after doing the latest update. Please assist me in fixing this.

All I was getting on the logs was [Ctrl] ? forced no cache [reason] DONOTCACHEPAGE const

I searched this on the forum and added add_filter( ‘litespeed_const_DONOTCACHEPAGE’, ‘__return_false’ ); to my child theme functions; now I am only getting x-litespeed-cache-control miss and the log file (below) doesn’t give me any clues – maybe you can see something? As mentioned I am using the latest WordPress, and I am using both Soectra and Stackable plugins (but deactivated these in case they were the issue), and my possibly wrong impression was that Gutenberg is built in to WordPress? Or is it built into the Blocksy theme I am using? But I definitely don’t have the Gutenberg plugin.

Thanks for the update – it has cleared the FILTER_SANITIZE_STRING one, but the other one is still cropping up. I have had a look at the shortcodes I am using, and I think this might be occurring because when you deselect ‘Signature’ in the plugin settings when creating a shortcode, the reference in the shortcode changes from signature=”true” to nothing, rather than signature=”false”; so I have added signature=”false” to my shortcodes just now, and the first debug log I have done after that, the warning disappears. I will keep an eye out though in case it wasn’t that and it reappears, but I suspect, having looked at the file in question that this is what was causing it, so next update you probably need to address that. Also one very tiny note – the word ‘Se?enekler’ appears in the settings page, which probably should be translated to English – I have only just discovered that it apparently means ‘Options’. Also what IS the ‘Signature’ option? It doesn’t seem to do anything.

Is there any chance that these warnings are going to be addressed any time soon? They are kind of an irritation now when I am trying to debug issues, and I was hoping that by reporting them they would be addressed before now. I am also concerned that they will, sooner or later, start causing a problem. I appreciate this is a free plugin, but it has been a couple of months.

Someone marked this as resolved, but it’s not, so I have adjusted that. The warnings are still clogging up my debug log whenever I try to fix another issue and to be honest it is quite an irritation now, so much so that I am considering finding another plugin; however if there is any chance that these warnings are going to be fixed any time soon, I will wait. I thought a couple of months should have been enough time for that to happen by now. I know it is a free plugin, and appreciate it being available, but it is hardly great enticement for anyone to spend their hard earned money if it takes this long to fix something.

Hi Damian @timersys, a forum moderator has emailed me telling me that I should not have been posting on this topic, and that I should create my own thread, and has deleted all of the posts between us! This despite you acknowledging and originally apologising for not responding to my much earlier original thread, and then subsequently engaging in the issues with me on this thread – can you contact the moderator and get them to see sense? This seems extremely heavy handed and unfair, not just to me but to any other users of your plugin who also use Forminator and are facing the same issues. There doesn’t seem to be any way of contacting the mods directly so I would be grateful for your assistance.

Thanks for the reply. Actually the clone was at staging.mysite.com as I was trying to make sure the clone was as close to an exact copy as possible. At this point I’m not sure if it will be worth me creating another clone, as it sounds as though the only difference between your plugin and Duplicator is the extra login form, which I would have to get rid of anyway. I may revisit if I get closer to the nuclear option.
