    Hello,

Is it possible to change the color of the LOAD MORE button and make it sharp edges but not round?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

So I set the box column width at 800px and made the tile size Large 800px x 630px. It’s still slow so I am deleting as many photos as possible.

I tried the 480px x 580px for tile size and it loads much faster but the horizontal photos that takes 1 column would look soft. I guess it’s because my column is 800 px. But I don’t think 580 column width would be large enough, because it’s a photography website and photos are important.

Am I doing something wrong? Did you mean, don’t use 1 column layout, and use 580px x 480px tile size?

    Hello,

Thanks for replying back so quickly!

OK, so I guess I’ll just make the Boxed Column width to be narrower. I want some of the horizontal images to the take up the whole column. I don’t want the vertical images to take up the whole column but I guess it’s not avoidable. If I change orders of photos, they change their sizes, too, so I’ll figure it out.

    Thanks!

    Sounds good! Thanks so much!

@downlifter Oh, actually, I did figure it out.

    thumbnail_size=”thumbnail”

I added the above code to make it thumbnail size. I think it is the universal thumbnail size that my WP site uses. You know, when you try to change the image size in WP, a list of image sizes shows up. It says like “thumbnail”, “medium”, “large”, etc. I don’t know how to set exact size though. But mine works for thumbnail size. Hope this helps!

I found a solution with the Favorites plugin…

So, it was happening because WP does not clear cookies after logged out. Clearing cache didn’t do anything so I tried cookie, and found out that if I manually clear cookies after logout, it worked properly. So I installed a plugin called Logout Clear Cookies and now all the buttons are unpressed when I log out!

It took 2+ days to figure this out but it was a super simple solution… Hope other people who are having similar problem will see this.

I still haven’t been able to fix the http issue but will talk with my host…

The thing with Loginpress is probably unrelated issue… Will talk with them, too.

    Thanks so much!

Thank you so much, it worked! But I have a problem with the customizer. I made all box corners to be sharp but adjusting the border radius to 0 in the customizer, but the changes I made on the customizer gets reset, except for the custom CSS. So now the input boxes have sharp corners but all the other boxes are back to round corners.

Do you have any idea why?

Also, other plugin I use (Favorites plugin) is asking where to redirect users to after clicking a button and I want them to be redirected to the login form. It’s asking for Post or Page ID. Does this login form have a Post / Page ID?

    Thanks!

OK thanks for clarifying. My computer is still having the same issue. I tried Safari and Chrome. After logged out, the favorite button is still pressed.

I just disabled Yoast and Siteground Cache. They were installed when I first logged in, so I think they came with the account.

    >>You need to login to Siteground cpanel, navigate to Let’s Encrypt, and toggle the SSL settings for your domain to redirect all links.

I just checked with Why No Padlock and it seems like some images files are loading on http instead of https. SSL is turned on to my site, so I am not sure why…

I am also having another issue with Loginpress plugin. I am customizing the style of the login form but it does not let me. On the customization page, I change some styles of the form, like adding border, making the corner sharp, etc, and I click Publish, and then I go back to the customization page, only to find the customization I made is gone and now it’s back to the original.

I wonder if these are all connected issue.

Is it only cache that stores information like this in WP site? I cleared cache and it’s still happening so I can’t help but think it’s something else.

If the problem persists, what can I do? Who should I ask for help? Like developer? Or anyone who fixes problems like this?

    Thanks!

Hi @corrinarusso thanks so much for your reply!

Sorry, just to confirm, when you tried, the button was still pressed after you logged out, correct?

I just made another WP account as subscriber level and tried again from a different browser with which I have never opened this site, favorited some articles and logged out, and the button is still pressed…

It’s not like I’ll have very private contents but I would like any personal activities to remain in their personal account. If there are multiple people using the same computer / browser, the favorite list would be already created for the next person and I don’t think it’s good… I am also concerned, if the login is not the trigger of storing favorites, it could mean that their favorite lists could disappear when this issue is solved, just like stored information could get wiped out by clearing cache (though, not in this case).

In the setting of Favorites plugin, there is an option to choose to store favorites using cache or session. I chose session, so it should not stay after I log out but it still does… The other favorite plugin had lots of issues with my site, too, so I am wondering if it’s my site causing these issues.

About SSL certificate, my site actually already has https, so I was surprised about this. I think it’s something to do with my host, Site Ground, because I added SSL with them, so I will ask them about that. Thanks for catching it!

My site is almost getting there but I would really like to solve this issue with favorite list. If you know how to solve this or any other good favorite list plugin, please let me know.

    Thank you so much!!

Hi thank you for getting back to me. I enabled remote debugging.

I want to show ads on this page
    https://creatorscycle.com/artist_grant/

But NOT show ads on these pages
    https://creatorscycle.com/creators_life/
    https://creatorscycle.com/basic_life_creator/

I selected the ID of the artist_grant archive page for Ad Inserter but ads still showing on all 3 archive pages. (Not ads now because Adsense registration not complete yet but it shows the spaces of ads)

    Thanks!

Just found out why popular posts not showing up… I just needed to assign the new post types within Elementor but not with the snippets. I guess Elementor overwrites snippets. It was not even related to the other errors but just about me not thinking through…
