In current version there is no option to do so in the admin panel , but you can surely edit the code to customize the Email Alert.

Goto line number 94, in file name : azalaan_linkedin_importer.php

Also regarding each time its limited due to server execution time it will vary

Can you explain what sort of custom roles you need?

This plugin does not support any comment section right now , its just for the Post content.

And It will just edit the post content from the database so it wont effect any of front-end load time at all
