Those are the initial steps I followed, but I still received the error that those tables were missing. Also, it was redirecting to a signup.php file that was installed by Jetpack, but I added code into the .htaccess file to remove that redirection.

I did however, resolve the database problem. I just deleted the entire database and then imported the backup I made.

I can’t find any other information about thoroughly removing the multisite other than what’s in the article you linked to, and evidently there is more that needs to be cleaned out.

I suppose I should clarify, it’s really not numbers shown twice, but a numbered list. Very weird.

I’ve gone back and forth with the hosting provider. I don’t know what they did, but they all work fine now.

Thanks for the response Rogier. I had figured out that the URL updater had missed some links and I fixed those to point to my own site. I also loaded the form and portal you mentioned to https, and they both work.

These issues you identified was what I was trying to fix with your plugin, but realized I had to fix them manually. Everything works now. Thanks you.

Hi VelvetBlues, I finally got it to work. I’m not sure what really fixed it. There was a permissions reset with the hosting provider. I just did the same Update URLs that I did before and they are all updated now. Thanks for the response.
