base install, no plugins, no themes, reloaded three times now.
still blank web page.

been using WP for over 3 years and this is the first update to fail.

can’t set a theme, none showing
does not see any plugins either.(only aksimet there anyhow)

This sucks, all my files are there in admin, just no visible on the web page. It’s like content does not exist.

Is no one able to answer the white web page question?, admin works just no themes or plugins. wp-content seems to have a broken link!

Decided to revert to 2.7, site is back.
Not overly impressed though.

Got it. Don’t know if I had a cache problem or what, the cache was empty. The error has gone away. Everything is back and working.

Looked at wrong file, line is there as well as line has_action, anyone know which file this function is in?

I’m having the same problem :: pages work fine, but admin is trashed. I’ve uploaded and re-checked files 3 times, still no luck.

Get the following at the admin area, over a blank page:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function has_action() in /home/.sites/29/site109/web/wp-admin/includes/plugin.php on line 403

Looked at this file, line 403 is a commented area, no code.

What did you do to correct things, I’m unable to access the admin area at all, although my pages load properly
