Update here in case anyone ends up reading this thread.

This was never resolved. The plugin always gave me a failed CAPTCHA check despite following the plugin developers instructions on how to implement it on a custom form.

I was told to pay them to ‘fix’ it at which point I ditched the plugin and created my own custom solution.

Everything turned off except your plugin and using default theme.

Same issue.

And yes I made new recaptcha keys for the staging copy and verified them in your plugin settings.

I mean I wouldn’t classify this as “resolved” for anyone else reading this thread. It still doesn’t work and is more effort than it’s worth to troubleshoot.

I would choose another plugin personally or use the older “local” option.

My hosting is through Kinsta, I don’t know the intricacies of how they work with Cloudflare on a domain level with staging domains, maybe this will help you.

This plugin is slowly becoming not worth the effort for how difficult it is to setup and that it doesn’t work with a company as big as Cloudflare.

Yes I have staging. I’ve emailed the URL to you as I did with the original URL. I started a scan so we will see how it goes … ?

I did the unproxy method and left it for a good 10 minutes while I tried to run the scan. Never completed, not sure what your records show.

Added those settings. Tried another scan. Still won’t complete / tells me to contact support if the issue persists.

Yes, I have added all IP addresses correctly to Security > WAF > Tools?tab.

Yes, the bot fight mode is on.

Thank you for the response. I have added those IPs and the user agent into our CloudFlare account and checked with the hosting provider they are not blocking anything on their end. I tried to run a scan a few times, and it’s still not working.

Any other ideas?
