why ruin your plugin? this is 100% no good for me, how can I hide it?

I dont care what ebay says.

its a well known bug and a massive flaw with this theme, they know about it also, many others have had the same problem, thats why only 2 of my websites now run astra for exactly this problem, shame as a great theme otherwise.

left a 5 star review and im not easy to please also lol just that if anyone else reads this, THIS IS THE PLUGIN YOU NEED for ebay listings on your website, Best in its class by a long way.

Thank you Joe, yes i did hide it by a real hacky way, wasn’t good.

This now makes your plugin absolutely perfect, you really need to charge for it, its the best on the market in what it does and what it can be customized to be also vs other plugins (tried a couple of others).

still waiting on a solution for this, nothing you said helps, you know exactly what I mean, the plugin adds “ebay listings from auction nudge” with an embedded link at the bottom of the listings.

You have done it in a way to make it very difficult to remove also (so intentionally difficult) with no unique css class to it, so it cant event be hidden by custom css.

Like said I do not mind the ebay partner link, its this bit at the bottom.

Thanks for reply, ye if you search them words on google, it shows on other websites, really don’t want my website showing up for keywords other than being associated to the website in question. As said im fine with the ebay partnership part, you must make money like all of us, but not having an option to hide it, means even if I hide it (through hacky methods), it will still be present even if hidden and thus viewable when searched via the browser.

Ok just fixed this tonight with simple css in my own case. For some reason since 5.7.X?it adds a space as we know.

in my case it adds the extra bottom-margin if you have a p tag in your form.

so to fix it add:

.wpcf7 p{margin-bottom:0em;}

it also affects if you have put Bold on your p tag also so in that case to re-bold you text and remove the extra bottom-margin space its

.wpcf7 p{margin-bottom:0em;font-weight:bold}

for me the contact form is exactly the same as it was now before these recent updates by adding above css.

yep spacing has changed vertically, I am stuck on 5.6.4 as everything is good, I have dozens of contact forms (different ones), I have already asked what has exactly changed with no reply. Why mess around with the styling? Doesn’t the developer realise that some of us have customised the form? as in add double columns etc

On ?5.7.X as the op has stated the gaps between the rows are larger, also the bottom of the form has a larger gap on it also.

I will probably land up writing custom CSS to fix this.

Probably not to many threads, absolutely crazy to mess with styles, 1 of my websites is still stuck on 5.6.4 as it has loads of different contact forms and updating to 5.7.1 changes the spacing slightly which puts it all out of sync.

double email sent is a well known thing with the plugin, never been fixed, it pops up now and again, myself I add a timer code snippet to prevent double submissions so often, but still I get double emails now and again (so that doesn’t totally work also). I do not get double emails with other contact forms.

Still no solution, no im not going to filter anything, they need to fix this ASAP or im going to start swapping over website by website to another forms plugin, as this is a load of %8%*!

its a terrible update, the plugin devs seriously need to fix this and fast, or they will lose users, why change something thats not broken.

Its doing that also, install rollback plugin and go back to 5.6.4

wait until they fix it, if they dont, then I advise using a different forms plugin.

Thanks @jameszxr but this will only temporary fix it as the next update will re-introduce the code again that breaks it?

The devs should really put a fix in for this ASAP, or there are other solutions to swap to.

same here, messed up all rows in forms, what a terrible update, they need to fix it pronto or will start using another solution.

2 column set up here and its messed up everything and caused my business to lose money this morning.
