So sorry! I neglected to go to mxhub (my host) to tell them to upgrade me. Now I have a 1.5 standard blue header. I will set out now to restore my content and apply a new template. (Template first, I assume.)

Following to the letter the tamba2 upgrade routine I have failed. Before I start from scratch, is there a clue to what I have done wrong in the following? When I go to my site blog4.org I get nothing on the browser screen. When I go to blog4.0rg/wp-admin I get to my site (correct password/name, etc) but it is version 1.22 from day one (1/1/1970 Hello World) without content or WP 1.5.

I’m at https://blog4.org . I changed that “Catergories” once again … feeling a bit more confident. (BTW, Used Dreamweaver to make that little change; it does not seem to be PHP friendly.)

To be clear, the second and third browser did not have my blog up — I had the address each to my blog and when it came up the “edit this” was showing.

On my most recent post tonight, I had to hit ALT-R to refresh the screen to see my published item. More troubling, I found that I had to go to that published post and click on the “edit this” option + exit to make the post final. What’s my trouble with that? This: I had to go to each of the Three browsers I use and within each click on the “edit this” + exit to make the post final there. Presumably, if I did not go to my blog in each browser then in one or the other the post could have been edited — along with everything else within the blog — by anyone who went to it on a browser I was not using. (I use Mozilla, Opera, and Avant/IE) This can’t be; can it?

not slow moving, just slow.

I juggled my index.php file and it screwed my entire page, leaving a bit of the graphics and a few lines of copy. I did save the original and put it back together. But now I am scared. Is there a step-by-step on this for truly old slow moving guys?

Related question. My template in the left sidebar shows Links then Categories. I would like to reverse their order. Where do I go? And to change the head “Categories” to something else — where to I go for that? I have looked.
