In reply to: [Transdirect Shipping Plugin for Woocommerce] header errorThe issue appears to be resolved. See https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/couldnt-find-any-quote-for-your-order-2/ for possible resolution.
My issue was that I had not set an address in the transdirect profile – https://www.transdirect.com.au/members_new/settings (Profile tab). Thanks for your support!
However, there appears to be an issue with performance, as the CPU usage on our server more than doubles while the plugin is enabled.- This reply was modified 3 years, 1 month ago by b5a7.

In reply to: [Transdirect Shipping Plugin for Woocommerce] header errorI disabled the Avada them by enabling the default wordpress theme but the same error is displayed:
Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/customer/www/tempusdevelopment.com/public_html/wp-content/themes/twentynineteen/header.php:13) in /home/customer/www/tempusdevelopment.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/transdirect-shipping/transdirect_shipping.php on line 216I wonder whether there is an important part of my configuration missing – how do I specify my shops location? Is the plugin using the woocommerce (general) setting. I thought perhaps I needed to add something in the TD, in the Warehouse section – hard to know as this part of the functionality is not listed at https://transdirect-1.gitbook.io/transdirect/#warehouse-address-section.
Hi
How did you get on? I am just starting out, trying to decide whether to use this service and, this part of the architecture is a critical piece. Just sent an enquiry to TD but judging by your post, that may be a futile exercise.
Thanks

Hi
timberrevival actually stated that they had tried your suggested solution. We have the same problem although I am not sure whether it is a problem or a “feature”. Looking at the sendle log for pickup orders, they look different to delivery orders:
[orderid:3333] Name : Victorinox 5.0833 Wavy Edge Paring Knife 11cm SKU : FSH0106 Weight : 0.03 Quantity : 1, — Weight : 0.03- Volume : 0 2021-03-22 23:13:04

5797 postorder1– [orderid:3333] Pickup from Goodwood 2021-03-22 23:13:04

5795 Rate :: Array ( [id] => ossmsendle-Easy [label] => Delivered [cost] => 7.23 [taxes] => Array ( [111] => 0.72 ) [calc_tax] => per_order ) 2021-03-22 23:11:58
5794 Final cost without tax(sendlecost + handling_fee + markup) : 6.32 + 0.91 + 0 2021-03-22 23:11:58
5793 Final tax(sendleTax+ handling_fee_tax) : 0.63 + 0.09 2021-03-22 23:11:58Order 3333 at 2021-03-22 23:13:04 is the pickup order. The remainder of the (partial) listed log entries for another order actually demonstrate that sendle is calculating the cost. From the log entries it looks like you are not performing the sendle processing when the order is pickup but yet, the pickup order is listed in Sendle. Is this in case the customer wants to change their mind. It looks like orders pushed through to Sendle are not filtered.
Local pickup is not actually listed in shipping methods that can be de-selected so perhaps it slips under the radar somehow.
Thanks

In reply to: [Sendle Shipping Plugin] woocommerce amount doesn’t match backendApologies. I thought I checked that tax wasn’t the issue but looking at it again this morning, I realize the 12.41 + 10%tax (1.24) = 13.65.
