Aninow this is super annoying. I cannot reply back to support emails i get from you, my emails get rejected because the system suspects it’s a spam.
Anyways, Please, have a look at the code I have uploaded in this googledoc
please have a look and help me with this issue.
THanks in advance
AniHi Jan,
is it possible to send the debug.log file the support requested via email? if yes, please provide an email to me. I don’t want to create a github or any other account just for this one case.
hope you understand.

this is what I was able to get. Hopefully we find the reason soon.

thanks a lot for your replies. Will wait for such functionality in the future if possible.
thanks for your quick response.
Yes, exactly, that’s what I need indeed.
If it is not possible for custom feeds, is it possible for any other feed type, maybe I can modify that feed to fit my needs and still have the sub(sub)categories nested under the category.
Thanks again for your help
Hi,
I actually found out what was causing the issue, I was choosing the country from the drop down and selecting Netherlands, that’s why the Pinterest feed was not being created, when I tested leaving the country blank, it actually created a Pinterest feed for me.
and I also found out, there is a slight difference between Google and Pinterest product feed reqs, the plugin creates the price as the following for Google ( EUR 25,99) and for Pinterest it should be a number so no comma (EUR 25.99). And this is what the difference is between choosing GOogle shopping as a channel and Pinterest as a channel.
Have a good day ??
Great,
Thank you very much for your super quick and efficient support.
Hi,
Thanks for getting back to me so quickly.
So, if I understand it correctly I can create a feed choosing the channel as Google Shopping, and then provide that XML file to Pinterest for example and they will be able to read it? Is that why the plugin is not creating a new feed with any other channel from the drop down?
Thanks in advance
