If registered users is disabled, then setting the page to private would block it from showing in menus and Google (they still index it, just not publicly display it).

Simplest is to use a white outline telegram svg as a background image for the top as you have set the black for the bottom. The page title is added as a body class. It’s one of the ways you can target the page for conditional checks.
