In reply to: [JetBackup - WP Backup, Migrate & Restore] backup not found databaseDear @topstory ,
Thanks for reaching out.
May we know, if you did the full backup of the website?
If you did, you can connect the website via FTP and find the appropriate backup file in the wp-content/ uploads/ backup-guard folder. In case of the full backup, the file will include both the backup of the files and the database.
The backups are being saved on your server.
However, unfortunately, we can’t find an account with the website.
To find the account, we will need to have the email address, which was used during the registration or else any payment details, since if you have an account, we can assume, that you use the pro version of the plugin.
Since it is only allowed to discuss the free plugin in this forum, please, contact us via [email protected] email address for further assistance.
Thanks,
BackupGuard Team

Dear @derrick_w ,
Thanks for reporting an issue.
May we assume, that the issue with saving the schedule of the backups is connected with the PHP 8?
If so, have you tried to save the schedule with the lower version of the PHP to see if the issue remains?
Kindly ask you to give it a try and get back to us with some details, so we can assist accordingly. Thanks,
BackupGuard Team
