Hey buddy,
I was fortunate I had a backup on my hosting platform, otherwise I would’ve lost everything.
Here is what nsinelnikov (@nsinelnikov) sent me:
Please contact me via [email protected]
We will take a look with the team for getting fixed these issues and you will be able to move forward with Ultimate Member.Better to have a staging website, so as not to hit your live site again in case of problems.
Best Regards!`
Hey @ampsupertramp,
Honestly, the latest update didn’t help at all. My website was working perfectly using UM. When I run the 2.3.0 update, I lost all my Theme Layouts, Page Headers and Page Footers.
I had to restore my website from a backup. Apparently, a conflict happened between Avada Theme and UM.
Now, I am still getting the following message:
Ultimate Member version 2.3.0 needs to be updated to work correctly. But honestly, I am afraid to run the update and see my website crash again. The URL to my website home page is: https://canadataxpro.com/
Please advise.
Hello every one,
My whole website crashed and went down after I’ve installed and run the update. Please don’t ask me to send you screenshots or anything of what you asked ebola32 to do. I’ve had to recover my website by restoring a back-up. It cost me $25 do restore it.
When you say: Could you provide what version did you used before the upgrade?
The answer is: I was using the prior version …!!!Whit all due respect, what kind of support is this when you right things that don’t make much sense, like this this paragraph:
“Please make sure that all caches have been flushed after the upgrade and you can replicate the issue while conflict test when 3rd-party plugins are disabled and WordPress native theme is active.”
What do you mean, do you want me to deactivate my theme to test the update with the WordPress native theme, and disable my plugins?
Cheers,
