In reply to: [Top 10 - WordPress Popular posts by WebberZone] REMOVE PAGE VISITSHi, I am using the latest version of the plugin and the latest version of WordPress. Since I managed to remove the page display by leaving one box checked under ‘display number of views’ I don’t want to mess with the database in case the problem recurs. I’m happy I managed to remove the number of visits from appearing on the website.

In reply to: [Top 10 - WordPress Popular posts by WebberZone] REMOVE PAGE VISITSHave found a partial solution. When I try to uncheck all of the boxes where it says ‘display number of views on’ all of the boxes remain checked. But if I leave one box checked then the other boxes remain unchecked. I have left the feed box unchecked as at least this prevents the visits from displaying on my site. But this seems to be a glitch?

In reply to: [Top 10 - WordPress Popular posts by WebberZone] REMOVE PAGE VISITSI have tried this – and it doesn’t work. Annoyingly, the visits are still appearing on everything!
How can I get rid of them please?
Thanks!

In reply to: [Visual Form Builder] Form does not show up in Google ChromeGreat news – I figured out the problem – it was Adblock that I had running on Chrome but not on the other browsers! When I turned off Adblock for my domains the form displayed correctly.

In reply to: [Visual Form Builder] Form does not show up in Google ChromeWell I have tried deactivating plugins to see if there is a cuplrit but that appears not to be the case. I will just have to add a notice at the top of the page that the form does not work in Chrome. That is the easiest option in the absence of any fixes for the problem.

In reply to: [Simple Staff List] CSS helpThe only CSS file I can see is the one marked ‘ simple-staff-list/_css/admin-staff-list.css’ and there is nowhere that is marked ‘Templates’ or ‘Custom CSS.’
Am I missing/overlooking something?
I just upgraded to the latest version of Tabber Tabbed Widget and my CSS changes have been lost. I tried following your instructions from the last time – as I saved in Word the changes I had made to the colour scheme – but no matter what I do, I cannot get the colours to change!
Help – is there a bug or something – what can I do?
My website url is https://peoplewithvoices.com – you will see that all the colours of the plugins match my site colours except for the Tabber Tabbed Widget!
Thanks – it is working fine now!

In reply to: Tabbed Widgets – not workingHi Kaspar,
This widget is exactly what I was looking for but like some of the others in this forum it does not work. I placed the widgets I want in the tabbed section in the invisble widget area (popular posts and daily posts) but when they appear in the sidebar they are not tabbed but appear beneath each other and without the configuration settings for the plugin Top 10 – that the widgets are related to.
I am guessing that it is a theme problem and that your plugin, as fantastic as it is – will not work with certain themes. I am using the Proximity News Theme. In fact there was a tabbed section in the original theme but I removed it as it used Popularity Contest which I did not like and most commented and one would not work without the other.
So I use popular posts and daily posts as two separate widgets. See People with Voices
I suspect that that all that would be needed to get it to work would be a few adjustment to the original code in the jtabber.php file that controls the tabbed section and in the sidebar.php file and customs css file. Howevever, although I have been able to make some minor modifications with guidance I do not understand php code and would hate to mess up my website.
I have had to keep the widgets as they were as I run a news site and can’t afford to have the tabbed widgets not displaying properly on my website. Do you think you can get this to work and if so at what cost? (We are a social enterprise/voluntary organisation)
Thanks
