I have exactly the same issues:

1. catalog was not synced
2. update to 1.0.4 did not work because missing files (automatically disabled the plugin)
3. fresh upload of the plugin worked
4. configuration only works with chrome, not with firefox (redirect after last step does not work)
5. cannot connect existing pixel & catalog
6. cant delete old pixel under assets -> events, it shows only an empty error box (not plugin related)

additionally there is now another issue:

7. private / unpublished products are synced and marked as active in the tiktok catalog

Many thanks for your support. I finally managed to set it up.
I basically removed all the PayPal Plugins, as PayPal Standard is shipped with woocommerce automatically.

Then I just activated PayPal Standard in the payment settings and everything seems to work fine again.

no it is not about the language. we use geolocation for tracking users whish works fine. but doesnt seem to work when apple pay is activated.

Also that my delivery adress was marked as wrong is strange as I used my apple pay for other stuff which worked well

thanks for your reply. Everything is setup correctly you can check it during normal checkout. If delivery adress is in DACH region (germany, austria, switzerland) its free delivery. on other countries its flatrate. if I put flatrate on the top of the list, apple uses that one. tax is same.

it seems like it doesnt really care about the adress? maybe its because the shop is german and the phone english?

In WooCommerce, you can check that by going to WooCommerce > Settings > General and scroll down to Currency options.
-> Redirects me to the WOOCS – WooCommerce Currency Switcher v.1.3.2 where CHF is set as default.

Then, navigate to Catalog > Data Sources > WooCommerce Products > Settings
-> Is set to CHF as well

As I said, this only occures if I click on “Sync Products” from your Plugin manually.

You should be able to see your ad accounts and who has access to it like this:

Products are synced in EUR when I click on the Button “sync products”.
this is still an issue. Our Shop is now in CHF again, because I corrected it manually.

Users
Regarding the users, I have now:
– The partner created system user
– Extension V2 System User (FBE) (1)
– Extension V2 System User (FBE)

Ad Manager Account
Yes it looks exactly like in your Image.

ok the business id was correct, as it is reading it from that field, I meant maybe it is wrongly saved but ok.

I clicked now uninstall and recreated the connection. Managing the connection works now, but I have another issue.

First of all there is a new WooCommerce Extension V2 System User (FBE) (1) User now. And even if I added my ads account while configuring it the Ad Manager Account in the overview is now empty. I then added it to the Woocommerce Extension V2 System user again in the FB Business Manager.
After that i tried to add it to options.php, which does not save my value.

Also my Products are now synced in EUR, I am using the following currency switcher plugin: WOOCS – WooCommerce Currency Switcher
