Can we use ‘Popular Tags’ to select posts?

Yes. It’s similar to ‘Posts recommended by me” list’.

Since we can sort the top posts by categories and authors, I think we should create a new category (or author) and assign all the recommended posts to it, and set ‘cat’ (or ‘author’) = ‘new cat(or author) ID’ .

Can you recommend a better solution?
