When I click on template options, it shows only what we receive to our inbox to manage orders, no area of what the purchaser receives to their inbox with the order.

Sorry, I have located this area, everything on our end is good to go in terms of what we receive when are order has been placed. The section I am trying to locate is the email that sends to the purchaser with the thank you note.

At one point I was able to enter a paragraph thanking the customer and going over pickup details. This section is no longer locatable for me, and it needs an edit on the information!

Thank you, I rolled back my entire website and started from scratch, seems to be working now.

I have made the site live, I had it on private before to avoid our customers having difficulties.

Thank you this has all been fixed.

I updated all versions we were running on however I have run into another issue with the store timing & ordering intervals updates.

The payments are now able to go through just fine, however when you select a food item you are no longer able to choose a pick up time or date.

Pre-orders are enabled, and all keys are in place for all of these current versions:

Restropress – 2.6.3.2
Restropress – order time, intervals and limits 1.4
Restropress – store timing & delivery cutoff 1.9.5
Restropress – tips 1.7
Stripe payment gateway for restropress – 1.5

However my original “store timing” 1.8 created a fatal error, in which I deactivated and deleted this plug in. I am not able to locate this plug in again for download, everything was working perfectly fine with the store timing options up until I updated everything. I have switched themes multiple times thinking this could be the issue however I was on a chat with your support team last night and they couldn’t help me locate the issue.

Would you be able to provide a download for the original store timing if there is an update so I can get this back up and running today?

Hey! You can do this forsure, you have to open up the restropress settings options – general – store timing

Under the store timing section you have to enable next day orders, and check the box for enabling pre-orders. You can set the amount of days in advance you’d like people to be able to order!

We do this for all of our preorders on the weekends at our restaurant, hope this helps you! Let me know if you have any troubles.

Would you mind sharing a link to the 1.9 version update for Store timing? It doesn’t seem to appear anywhere in my plugin management for available updates. I’m wondering if there is a simple way to roll back to the 2.4.1 version so that all of the extensions work properly for this weekend. Do you know how to perform a roll back?

Hey, I’m having a similar issue as I cant seem to find a manual download for the extension plug ins I’m using. How did you roll back to the 2.4.1 version?

The update seems to have overwritten the store timing, delivery cut off times for me. Were you able to find a way to disable the autoupdates or are we stuck with that?

I am having the same issue, with the Restropress plugin updating automatically, do you have to update the extensions yourself or should they not be automatic as well?

Just to note as well, my pre-orders are enabled, and next day order is also (set to 7 days for pre-ordering). And to clarify I made no changes to the site, between yesterday and this morning when the issue popped up.

Hallelujah! Thank you for that, do you have a code as well for the next step. My add to cart button once the “item” is actually open doesn’t show a continue shopping button where it should, until you hover over it and that doesn’t do much for the mobile users.

if you select and item, and are choosing the quantity, the following prompt should say “add to cart” I cant seem to get it to be a solid button, it only appears in Hover.

I’m not as familiar with CSS changing, I have looked into my themes CSS and tried changing the button colours in elementor, can you be more specific on the changes that need to be made please?

Maybe send a pathway so I know where to change it exactly? I am using the theme Exford.

I’ve managed to change the text colour of the “checkout” button on the side bar where it shows your cart. However the actual pop-up, shows only the quantity you can choose, and the continue tab is white on white. (button works, its a styling issue)

Anyone else having the same issue?
