I stopped using this plugin over a year ago. I wasn’t able to run it in my sites with any level of consistency and couldn’t open the settings. The plugin is very broken and feels like abandonware. It is not being used on any of my websites anymore, which is disappointing. It was good plugin at one point.

No response and same behaviour even though the plugin updated to version 4.9.1.

I think my question was misunderstood.
I want desktop/tablets to be a single line like the link.

I am not using your forms there but Caldera. I want to change to your forms.
