Thanks for that solution. It works, but the magnifying glass is replaced by a rectangular field and a text. The subtle magnifying glass is much nicer for a minimalistic design. If there is a way to keep it, I would prefer it.

I would like to split them. 1. Title, 2. release date and author, 3. article, 4. comments, tags, categories.

I want to extend my question. Is it possible to switch the position of the line above the image? That would move the name of the file below it and wouldn’t mess with the disply of information below a mouse-over image.

I believe that a webside looks nicer if all the information about an image is below it. Hopefully this image makes it understandable.

Thank you for the answer and the good work, Jacob! It is nice to see that a good plugin persists and is developed further if someone can not or no longer wants to maintain it. It’s like a baton that’s passed on. The contributions of the temporary creators should always be appreciated to encourage others to pass on their projects someday so they can survive and be improved.

Hi Jacob, I can see the changes you’ve made.

If I want to remake pictures (Table VIII / 11) there should be a way to point to a specific imagesource. Any User with adminrights should be able to remake all pictures which is handy if the decision is made to change to size or the watermark.

In table IX / 17 you offer the option to choose the highest level in the filesystem where to import from. To avoid nasty mistake due to many folders with images on that level, it would be good to specify a certain folder on that level and to make it the default imagesource.

This should be the one to choose before remaking images.

I repeated the import into a fresh database. The issue remains. I compared that with coppermine and pixtacy. Both import IPTC always reliable. WPPA doesn’t. What could be the cause?

Unfortunately I can not add some screenshots to show this.
