slight snag, it does not change the ‘comments – Allow’ when you select ‘update’ the post. It always displays ‘no change’. Is that a normal WordPress way of doing it.

But it does display the comments at bottom of post.

I was coming to that conclusion.

Looking at the database code it changed in March 2019

As I am trying to use a new theme July 2022, I wondered if it was anything to do with that. Obviuosly not.

The write up says
WP Feed Post Thumbnail is very lightweight and only adds two small options under Settings -> Reading.
But I have no idea what the ‘added to small options’ are??.

I am always wary of installing plugins, just incase no going backwards. I suppose backup or clone or stage my wordpress site
