All the changes I make in the WP CSS Editor: I have to make these changes in the child instead? If I just leave them in the Editor, it will be overwriten by the update of the main theme..?

I am also considering to buy the WP All Import Pro plugin, but am unsure about the usability and efficiency of the plugin.

Being a graphical webdesigner and not familiar to advanced technical settings and coding, it seems to me that it is not easy to use?

Is there a possibility to create a simple xml file, that can easily be imported only with the ‘WordPress Importer’ plugin(wordpressdotorg). Or do you still have an example (or idea howto setup) an xml file like that? I wanted to download the link in your post, to try out, but the link is not working anymore..

I have created 2 multiple language sites:
– 1 with WPML plugin, for a real estate site in 5 languages
– 1 with QTranslate: a small arts site with 3 languages, simple content and setup

I am trying to find out myself if I need a Multisite setup for my next website: cityguides in Belgium.

When I looking for info about Multisite, it seems to me that in your case you’d better use one of these plugins instead of a multisite..

Hi!

I’m now designing a City Guide Directory for a city in Belgium (housing, shopping, services).

When this idea works, I plan to create other subdomains for all the cities in Flanders. These sites will be identical, except for the content.

Now I started with a single WP installation.
But I am hesitating: would you recommend to start already with MultiSite instead?

Or can I (if the idea works) switch easily to MultiSite when creating multiple cities? https://www.city1.domain.com & https://www.city2.domain.com..?
