We are using W3 Total Cache Plugin to enable CDN (using Amazon Cloudfront – S3 Based) for our website. Earlier it was working fine. Today, we have uninstalled our WTC plugin and installed the latest one and its working fine for some time. Now, suddenly we are facing alignment issues in our website. After disabling gzip option from WTC plugin the alignment issue get resolved.

Can anyone please let us know, is there any known issue with this plugin and how to resolve it.
