Here is the error I am getting:
“Failed to load content css: https://www.name of website.com/wp-includes/js/tinymce/skins/lightgray/content.min.css”
What is the fix for this? Is it hindering the functionality of my website?

I am trying to add a menu item and a hover over description? I cannot find any help on this. Please direct in the right path.
