I think WP and CSS knowledge are essential parts on designing WP themes. If you don’t specialize in those area, I suggest to team up with someone who can.
Yeah, I know. But, I’d like to learn to develop my own WP themes. Trouble is, the learning curve seems a bit daunting. Is it as steep as it looks?
