If you like to have a chat function only between your Admins/Moderators , then you need to copy Banckle Chat widget code and paste in your WordPress theme’s index file.

Moreover, if you like to have a chat plugin which can directly work from your WordPress Admin panel then you may install Banckle Chat WordPress plugin. It allows you to monitor your website visitors, see important website statistics and perform live chat with your blog visitors.

At present, complete Banckle Meeting features are only supported on major web browsers on desktop systems. We have support for all operating systems like Windows, Mac OS, Linux (CentOS, Ubuntu, Fedora, OpenSUSE). Your required scenario can be achieved by integrating a Banckle Meeting WordPress widget on your website.

However, the complete meeting room features are not supported on mobile devices. Mobile support for presentation, annotation tools and audio & video conferencing features is already on our development roadmap. Once we have more updates on this, we will be glad to update our valued customers using our Banckle Blog and Newsletter.

Regarding WP 3.6.1 Multisite integration, we would like to update you that the Banckle Chat WordPress plugin can be integrated on WordPress 3.6.X multisite platform. You may integrate the live chat plugin and activate it with your Banckle Account. Please follow the step-by-step guide for integration.

In case you have any theme specific limitations, then we also have an alternate option of live chat integration without the plugin.

After the expiry of Free Trial plan, if there is no paid plan subscription, then our system automatically converts the Free Trial plan to FREE plan. Free plan has no time limitation and it does not require any credit card or payment information.

1. Have you deployed Banckle Chat on your live website or it has been tested on local environment only?
2. Have you tried updating the Greeting Message from the Banckle Chat widget settings. You may click here to see the relevant documentation or a screen shot of the settings.
3. Please share the WordPress version being used. We will also appreciate if you can share the website URL where you have deployed Banckle Chat and your Banckle Email Account ID. You may send us this information on support AT banckle.com

We have already reported the plugin level concern to our WordPress team. Soon after their testing results, we will inform you with more updates.

Banckle offers both free and paid plans to its customers. Initially we offer 30days of trial period with no usage limitations so that you can use the application and assess the business value. After 30 days, when your trial period will be over, you will be converted to Forever Free plan. This plan is for our users with less usage requirements and has usage limitations.
