@kaizencoders I did not start a support thread because I simply deactivated, uninstalled, and moved on.

I am using a different plugin for this need now as I don’t have time to troubleshoot and risk further downtime on my site.

I do have a PDF of the error as displayed on the website that was shared with me by the visitor that reported the break. I am happy to share with you to help you narrow down the issue, click here (it looked like maybe a conflict with Jetpack?)

Thanks. Any idea why only this visitor would have this error? I tested various devices, my client and her staff tested too and they didn’t have any issues.

I am not sure what went wrong with the child theme, my child theme plugin was acting up so a developer friend that was visiting took over while I worked on other projects, he is now gone so I would have to e-mail him to find out what he did.

I solved it by creating a Child theme

It stuck after I created a child theme, the problem recurred with the main install of the theme.

Disabling all settings, deactivating the theme and them re-enabling and reconfiguring everything seems to have work. Hope it sticks!

Never mind, narrowed down to mobile browser issue as it works fine on several other devices.

I removed the URL restrictions on the API key and that seems to have fixed it. Thank you so much!
