Thank you MattyRob, that did the trick. I wasn’t sure what that option would do, since after submitting they switch back to the default setting.
But it’s all working now.

I have the same issue. I ended up deleting and re-installing WooCommerce in my not-favorite browser IE. Eventually it worked on PC but not on iPhone and iPad. Adding to cart from the products page and checkout hangs.

Did you try to disable AJAX on the wC settings > catalogue tab?

I found it. On the Catalogue options panel, i turned AJAX off. I prefer to have it on though.
So that button works now, but now there is an issue with the hanging Check out page. Also not working in IE, Firefox and Safari.
Anyone have a good answer to that?

Ah, found the flaw. It was the Simple Local Avatar plugin. I re-insttalled it and now it works all good. No idea what was wrong.

Now that’s odd, because that function doesn’t work. I click screen options, but no dropdown… But it DOES work for other admin pages where that is available…

Hi Rob,

This is a very common thing. The plugin is using the same z-index as the drop down menu, thus interfering with the ability of the browser to display the drop list. You’ll have to ask the developers of AdRotate for a different z-index and the CSS code to change it, or, if you use Firebug for Firefox or Chrome’s Inspection Tools, find the z-index code for the ads and modify it in Custom Code.

I’m not sure about your proficiency with CSS, so please let me know how you get along.

Hi Arnan, I disabled Adrotate, because of the issue with the dropdown menu. Thats why you don’t see it.
