i have a similar problem. I changed my theme. Afterwards, I cannot log in anymore nor see my site. When I go to the wp-admin, I only read “The website encountered an error while retrieving https://www.rcald.org/. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.”

I have also a similar problem. and I cannot access my dashboard! What I get is this message:

The website encountered an error while retrieving https://www.rcald.org/wp-admin/. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.
Here are some suggestions:

HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfill the request.
