You’re right, the Sunset Core plugin caused that bug. I didn’t update it for quite a long time, and was planning to close it. But since someone is still using it, I’ve made some fixes ??
So now you should be able to edit posts in the Gutenberg editor. Please update the plugin and let me know if it works for you.Best regards!

according to the console, your site doesn’t load because you have a JavaScript error caused by plugin WP Optmize. The theme is compatible with the latest WordPress version, despite I didn’t update it recently.
