  • I discover this night this issues on my two site, in the same hosting space, subfolder (one for production, one for test). New user as admin. Yesterday I received a mail that another editor user changed password. But it’s not. Then my admin password was changed. I entered with the second admin and I changed again all the password. Someone ha set an application password for third parts on my user, I deleted. I connected with FileZilla and I discovered some dirty files, a new theme with file php that duplicate files, some new folder, dirty files. I made backup of database and compared with the last 2 backups, no dirty inside. I compared the files with a backup and clean all (or I think I cleaned all). I changed all the password: wordpress, CPanel, email, databases.
Today this surprise: new strange admin in 2 sites. I connected with FileZilla again and all the space, the system folders too, were dirty. In some links (I have read a lot today… it’s a big issue now) they talk that the web server is probably infected, not only me. I wrote to the provider (no emergency services… damn) to ask for a check.
Any other advice are appreciated. Thanks.

The X button with the [cookie_close] shows the tooltip “Close and Accept”. But the new Cookie Law required that the close button works as the Reject Button (the cookies aren’t agree). Is there a button for this?

From last November I’m using Blog2Social in Premium Smart version (69 dollars/years), because in the free version there isn’t the pure Auto-Posting. Plus of the Snap, there’s the scheduled post, with a good visual calendar like, if you know, Hootsuite (and I think like Buffer too). For now I didn’t have any problems, but consider that FB has blocked automatic publication on personal profiles for all social media tools (this is problably the reason of the blocked account after using Snap), so the post goes automatic published on FB page and groups, then sharing after in personal profile with the Instant Sharing.
Better than Snap, you can schedule the best time for publishing, date and hour after the post has been published. The template for single social is more rich.
However, there are so many features that I haven’t fully studied yet.
Attention: they too have automatic renewal on Paypal…

    Thay have a no-refund policy
    https://www.nextscripts.com/refund-policy/
and Paypal refused my complaint… ??

It’s impossible to have a refund, they create (without no sense) this un-refund policy https://www.nextscripts.com/refund-policy/
which I found out after Paypal charged me for renewal in error. I waited for six months for the solution (someone here, in another post, says that the good developers are gone and nobody brings the product forward…) then I changed the plugin. In the meantime, however, an unwelcome renewal has arrived, without notice (the other years there were two emails notifying the expiration). I made a complaint, documenting the malfunction of the product and the lack of assistance, but Paypal refused it (why give up the commission?). I turned to the consumer association, but the seller is from abroad… it’s not worth it. But I have abandoned my Paypal account. There are better and safer payment methods now.
I advise you to immediately check the renewal on Paypal, disable it. And switch to another plugin.
I’m really sorry. For three years this plugin was simply wonderful… the final conclusion really saddened me. ??

No news for me. On the premium support they didn’t answer anymore for a month. It’s three month now that I must post manually on Facebook. In other topics and reviews I read that developers abandoned this project, but continued to hold plugin on sell. I’m very sad for this situation, but now I’m testing other plugins. I will not renew my subscription. ??

I have the same problem for a month… premium SNAP facebook APP doesn’t work, I can try with an official Facebook APP but I can’t make the Facebook evaluation for this warning. So, I’m blocked. I’m waiting for 2 tickets on the premium support… ??

I’m a premium member, and I can’t post on Facebook with SNAP for a month. I opened 2 ticket in the premium support, but no answer… Or the answer is that I’m the 0,001% of users with a unknown problem. I’m very sad, I’m blocked. SNAP worked perfect for 3 years, but now I must search another plugin… ??

    Again…
Today I have again followed your guide (even if your images shows a different dashboard and settings of actual Facebook Developers). I prepared a new completely app.
When I arrived at 2.5 of your guide, I have been authorized from Facebook for the new app, I have the same Auth Info in green window, that disapper in few seconds.
I saw the dropdownlist “Where to Post.” correct full with my profile and my FB page.

Now, before the review of the app, you said me that I can make a post in my FB page visible only to me like the admin, is this true?
I tried “Test your settings: Submit Test Post to Facebook” button and this is the error:

    Testing …
    Array
    (
    [Warning] =>
[Error] => (#200) If posting to a group, requires app being installed in the group, and \
either publish_to_groups permission with user token, or both manage_pages \
and publish_pages permission with page token; If posting to a page, \
requires both manage_pages and publish_pages as an admin with \
    sufficient administrative permission
    )
Array ( [Warning] => [Error] => (#200) If posting to a group, requires app being installed in the group, and \ either publish_to_groups permission with user token, or both manage_pages \ and publish_pages permission with page token; If posting to a page, \ requires both manage_pages and publish_pages as an admin with \ sufficient administrative permission )

No one new post is in my FB page, visible to the admin or not. There isn’t.
So the error is true. The app is yet in development mode.
The question, again, is: how can I make a screencast for review the app if I can’t even verify its use? If this test isn’t correct, please, tell me how to do it…
    Thank you.

Facebook has reviewed my app in 3 days, but they blocked it, because app doesn’t function without manage_pages and publish_pages permissions, not even in development mode:

Array ( [Warning] => [Error] => (#200) If posting to a group, requires app being installed in the group, and \ either publish_to_groups permission with user token, or both manage_pages \ and publish_pages permission with page token; If posting to a page, \ requires both manage_pages and publish_pages as an admin with \ sufficient administrative permission )

So, first it’s not true that native FB app requires long time for revision.
Second, even if I follow every step for the native FB app in the nextscript site, the SNAP doesn’t permit a test, so FB doesn’t confirm the app…
Well, if API Premium doesn’t work at 100% (1% of failure is a big dimension in informatics), and if not even free plugin work with native FB app… what can we do now?!

Ahem… this is the same answer you get it weeks ago, but it’s no true, no more probably. The server is the same server for 2 years (the hosting server), and I try to change username/password and session, and viceversa (it’s 4 weeks that I have this problem, not yesterday), but nothing changed. Every time SNAP post to FB, FB block my account for suspiciuos activity. I wrote to FB support and I’m waiting for a response. But I think that they’re blocking your API. I know that it worked good for 3 years, but not now.
Now I try to use a native FB app, but there’s the problem to record a screencast without the app already reviewed, and this is another issue…

No, there’s nothing on my FB page. And there’s an error on the SNAP’s log:
[2019-08-13 16:56:02] – [Error] [Facebook – Facebook Pagina native FB] – -=ERROR=- Array ( [Warning] => [Error] => (#200) If posting to a group, requires app being installed in the group, and \ either publish_to_groups permission with user token, or both manage_pages \ and publish_pages permission with page token; If posting to a page, \ requires both manage_pages and publish_pages as an admin with \ sufficient administrative permission ) test facebook automatic posting

I don’t understand… for reviewing the app, I must create a screencast that show how I publish a new wordpress post and the app create the FB post in the FB account
But the app CAN’T create the FB post because doesn’t have the right permissions to post before the approval of review… what type a screencast I must create?? ??

Same problem for me, but it’s 4 weeks that FB blocked my account every time SNAP autopost from my site. I pay and use Premium API, so I wrote to the SNAP support, but the answer the answer was only to change from session to username / password or vice versa. I made it, and nothing change, every time SNAP post, my account is blocked!
    What am I paying then?
Now, I’ll try @darrentoogood solution. But I don’t understand why other services like Hootsuite can post to social without problems (but they’re not automatic, only programmed), and SNAP must use an unofficial solution with security issues… ??

I’m interested in it too, and I don’t think it’s difficult to develop. Just consider the N last published articles, no?
    Thanks.
