I will second this. I had several sites on this other major caching plugin and a couple of things broke. I sent in a urgent query to support, but didn’t receive anything for 3 days. During those three days I found WP Fastest Cache and it was game over for the other plugin. Love the support. Keep it up team.

This worked for me as well. Such an easy fix. I can’t believe I dealt with it so long and even opened a support ticket with woocommerce, but didn’t get it solved.

Agreed at this point. The support for the Plugin Factory has disappeared as well or should I say asleep at the keyboard. I purchased the pro version and now want to move to another site. The download link has expired, but support isn’t answering my request or the many others from months back.

I am also very concerned about the handling of this message. It is very uncommon for the wordfence team to be so quiet. I have several premium sites as well as free sites and received the same message. I posted on the wordfence as well but got crickets.

Wordfence where are you?

Just an FYI.. My system is completely up to date on all plugins plus word press and I got this same error we are all talking about. I made the change mentioned above and it worked flawlessly.

Though, I have never had the issue you are speaking of, you should know that the author has always been extremely helpful with this plugin. I doubt that the plugin alone was the problem here, but maybe some other plugin caused the issue or some configuration. I have literally used it on 15 different websites over a 3 year period and never had an issue.

So, give it another shot when you get a chance. It is really good and the author has been great.
