Thanks @robswaimea. @caimin_nwl I tried copying the events page settings but that didn’t work. Added different placeholders and that didn’t work either. Any light you can shed would be appreciated.

I copied the site to a test site so I wouldn’t mess up the real one. I set Ultimate member up as a wp admin but UM wouldn’t let UM in until I approved them as a UM member. I approved them as a UM member and waiting to hear back. The fact that I got in on the test site and wasn’t locked out as an admin is a step forward. Hoping UM is taking a look at the settings on the test site.

Thanks, I did that and got back in, but don’t want to have to do that every time I log in. I must have another setting somewhere that is conflicting.
