Hello.

We are having the same issue when users are trying to pay, it states:

“Customer attempted to pay, but the payment failed or got declined. (Error: Cardholder name must be at least two words)“

I have downloaded the Revolut for business app, but don’t have the chat support option on screen.

Can you please assist?

“Missing revolut_public_id parameter”

Unfortunately not much other detail is available on this error.

While there has been some successful transactions through our WooCommerce site, lately they all fail and show this error.

It would be great to get some more information on what the error could be.

I enabled the “Sign in with LinkedIn” and it works perfectly.
