In reply to: [WooCommerce Product Tabs] Tabs disappeared on v2.1.0.1Hi Daniel, thank you for the report. This is a known issue and we are working on a fix. You can try this temporary workaround/fix. Please back up your website first. Then open/edit any affected product. Then re-save it. No need to change anything, just re-save the product.
We will let you know as soon as we have a fix/update on the issue. As of now, we do not have a timeframe. Let me know if you have other questions at the moment. – Carl
Hi miguesuper, thank you for using WooCommerce Product Tabs. Can you confirm if the issue only persists if Yoast SEO is also active? This is an existing issue in the pro version and I am able to replicate it with the free version. I want to confirm if this is related to that issue. – Carl

I’ve tested versions 2.0.23, 2.1.0, and 2.1.0.1, and all the tabs I created in each version appear in 2.1.0.1. Additionally, issue #2 didn’t occur during my testing.
To start the investigation, you can utilize the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin to conduct tests without impacting the frontend. This won’t alter how regular website users perceive or use the site. Activate the Troubleshooting Mode feature (Tools -> Site Health -> Troubleshooting).Please ensure to back up your website and temporarily switch to the Storefront theme by Automattic. Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce, WooCommerce Product Tabs, the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin, and observe if it resolves the issue. Then, reactivate each plugin one by one to identify the cause.

We are currently addressing an issue with the WooCommerce Product Tabs (Free version). Some customers are facing challenges, such as not being able to save content when upgrading to version 2.1.0.
Our developer is actively working on fixing this, and we will notify you once the official release is rolled out. In the meantime, could you kindly download the previous version of the plugin to resolve your issue?

I’m sorry for the inconvenience that this issue has caused. A release candidate containing the fix was already submitted for quality evaluation and we will let you know once an update is available.

Thanks for your feedback. I’m glad to hear rolling back to (the previous) version 2.0.23 (where the issue doesn’t occur) resolves the issue on your site in the meantime.
As mentioned in a previous reply in this thread by my colleague Adrian (and to update you), our developers have already created a fix for this issue that emerged/occurred in version 2.1.0. We are currently reviewing the release candidate, and will let you know as soon as it’s available.
