I checked the introduction of plug-ins，looks like the custom tab function is now a paid feature. Not displayed on free users’ web. Do any guys pay for it and get the custom function back?

The custom tab feature is available in both the free and premium versions of the plugin.

The software was automatically updated yesterday, and today the customized tab content for each product page is gone. I checked the compatibility of other plug-ins and there is no problem, but each product tab editing page has the checkbox “Override the default tab content for this product” by default.

Because there are so many product parameter tables, can you help me retrieve the previous data? Thank you so much!

Don’t worry; the data you had previously hasn’t disappeared. It’s still stored in the database. Once we release a new fix for this, your data will reappear.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

Our developer is currently addressing the issue with the Custom tab contents. This problem is specifically affecting users on versions prior to 2.1.0.

The issue arises with tabs created in the previous version when transitioning to 2.1.0. If you create a new tab with the latest version, you won’t encounter this problem. It’s limited to the scenario I described.

Please be assured that our developer is actively working on a fix, and a new version will be released soon. I will keep you updated.

Great to hear that reverting back to PHP 8.1.27 resolved the issue! Deprecated messages often indicate compatibility concerns with newer PHP versions like PHP 8.2.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I believe this warning message has something to do with the PHP 8.2 version. Our plugins are not yet ready for PHP 8.2, as highlighted in our article below.

We’ve only tested up until PHP version 8.1.27. Would you mind reverting back to at least PHP version 8.1.27 instead?

My apologies for the confusion. I was referring to WooCommerce Products Tabs Pro rather than the WooCommerce Product Tabs (free). A redeveloped version of WooCommerce Product Tabs is currently in the works, which we hope to release by early next month, as our developers are out of the office for the year-end holidays. This includes the anticipated HPOS compatibility. I will let you know as soon as it’s available.
