I deactivated the plugin and now instead of a 500 error I get an 502 error:

502 Bad Gateway nginx

On an Apache server – staging enviroment with the exact replica of the site I don’t get any errors when changing the order status to completed. I’m wondering what could be wrong here with the Nginx server…

Thank you for the information you provided.

Thankfully, webtofee sequential order numbers plugin, released a version today that enables to sequentially number the orders while ignoring all the draft orders. That’s all I wanted.

Webtoffe plugin for migrating orders worked for me to match the orders numbers successfully. Thank you for your support!

I tried it and it doesn’t work it seems, Woo blocks create draft orders automatically regardless… It’s a shame, I wished @webtoffeesupport could adjust the plugin so it ignores draft orders…

I think you can disable the creation of draft orders by leaving the field to Hold stock blank

I have similar problem here and I wrapped my nav element that is shown alternatively to logged-in and logged-out users in html tag <mfunc> but it didn’t solve the issue. Is there a way to exlude this mfunc element from caching in any other way?

The webtofee import export orders plugin did the trick in the end. It was very easy to map the order number to my custom sequential order number. All is good now.

Your advice about checking the option to Purge CDN cache manually was spot on and solved the problem.

I’ll leave all settings like this for now and I’ll wait for the update later on.
