Thanks. When i deactivated all plugins, i can now post and save. but it’s still giving a little bug when i activate the plugins i desire to use on my site. what can i do?

Just yesterday, i found out when click save it shows 404 error. Also, when i click publish, it shows 404 error. So i can’t save and publish my new post. What’s going on?

I thank jysrett specifiacally because i used your tip by redirecting the files in my blog folder present in the root folder back to the root folder and changing the setting on my dashboard to my domain name without the /myblo suffix. Though, had problem with signing into wp dashboard however, it’s solved. So happy!

i redirected my wordpress file from myblog folder into the root directory, then went to general settings on my dashboard to change the wordpress address to my prefer domain name without having the /myblog suffix. Now you can view my blog at https://affiliateblogsense.com. So happy. Thanks to WordPress for this support forum and to ever keen guru out there ready to help!

It solved.Though took me 3 weeks after trying and losing my first wordpress. To have your home page as https://mydomain.com, you must transfer your wordpress into the root directory i.e the public_html. Then, in the setting, the wordpress url will be your domain name i.e https://mydomain.com.

esmi, have read the article. But i have already installed my blog to its directory e.g https://mydomain.com/myblog. Now i want to give people my url as https://mydomain.com without the sub-directory /”myblog. How will i ask Mr WordPress to do it?

thanks for your tip but that not what i want. i want people to type htt://mydomain.com on their browser and see the blog and not with this url htp://mydomain.com/myblog. @ esmi, will read the article, thanks alot.

I have solved it. Went to the discussion in Settings and unchecked the box where it pertains to user’s subscription.
