Yeah, it was a php issue. The site had manual php updating as opposed to automatic and I hadn’t updated it in awhile. All good.

It’s a SendGrid issue.

I checked the debug info and here is what I found:

• When WP SMTP enabled, it shows the email was sent but no email was actually received.
• When I disabled WP SMTP, it showed the email was sent and I received the email.

I also noticed that if I switched the receiving email to Gmail or something like that, it worked. But if I used a domain email, it didn’t (with the plugin enabled).

Not sure what’s going on, but I’ll be disabling the plugin going forward.

Me three…Same problem. I did see some errors in the Google Cloud Developer Console, but when I tried a few tests, the error quantity didn’t change, but the Requests did meaning it is connected but there’s a kink somewhere.

I’m using the same theme and have the same question. I put it in the header.php in several places, but nothing worked. Super frustrating.
I also tried the functions.php but couldn’t get home to disappear off the home page.

I’m having the same issues, in that when I’m in edit the background images are there, the font is centered, there are borders around a few elements, etc., and as soon as I go to view page the background images disappear, the font is not centered and there are no borders. I’ve tried regenerating css and syncing as well as deleting the images then reuploading, but nothing works. A fix for this would be nice…

Thanks. Yeah, I think it’s a parent/child theme issue. I used a plugin to create the child theme, and although it said it was installed correctly, maybe there was a checkbox I didn’t check or uncheck. When activating the other theme, it worked – but then going back to Child theme and it wouldn’t change. I’m going to uninstall and reinstall to see if it works.

@gruffygoat Sorry for the late reply. No, we never got an answer. Not sure what it was, but as a default, we just started checking CallRail every second day. Not a good solution but until we can/want to spend the money on figuring it out, that’s what we got to work with.
