Hello, thanks for answering, I currently use the directorist template as a setting for the listings, and I already modified the width from the configuration, but it is not reflected in the listings.

I’ll give you a screenshot so you can see how the header jumps, (the mobile menu appears on the computer). This happens between load and load between pages. The header jumps out and spreads across the screen. This error is only from the computer.

When trying another theme the problem does not appear because I could also confirm that the problem is with Astra, the only difference is that I use Wp Rocket, but if you use a different caching plugin, this should not be the problem.

Hello, I have the same problem from version 7.3 onwards, users cannot log in, the page refreshes and does not advance to the next page, the login fields appear empty again.
I could notice that when you try to log in, the url remains the same, but at the end of the url a /# appears, for example .com/access/#
I don’t know what this means, what I do know is that in version 7.2.2 I don’t have problems, but in the following versions I do.

The options within the moderation settings are correct and this problem did not happen until a few days ago.

There is no configuration in the template or the plugin that gives me that option, for example the memberships work correctly, the error is in the promotions. Please if you could solve it through the ticket that I already sent.
