sounds just like not right user or password. did you change the username beforehand? if not it should still be “admin” abolutely positively reeally 100% sure about password? ??

hi. I assume you already did number your pages in the order you want them ? probably you use the pages-widget to display them ? then you just have to tell that widget that you want them ordered by number not by alphabet.
dashboard left side : *click* appearance–> widgets
than dashboard right side : *click* pages—> edit —> sort by numbers —> confirm (or s.th., don’t have the english dashboard)
refresh, look and tell, if that did it or not… : )

…I recommend bookmarking the admin-login-url if you should find it, for the next time you forget it…
if you don′t know your blog′s URL, click your way through your files with the ftp-program of your choice, probably it′s s.th. like https://www.studiochick.com/blog or …/wordpress or …/wp

I like it very much, tim. wouldn′t use it for a business site, but for my own private needs&likings it′s nearly perfect ??
My only “complaint” would be that the contrast between the beauttifully dark background and the white “sheet” is too harsh, would prefer a gray tone, as dark as it can get without rendering the writing unreadable obviously ??
but that might be just me. it′s really very nice.

what is in your /themes folder then? can you see the themes you did upload?

Did you change your permalink-structure somewhen inbetween?
Did you set your about-page on “private”
Just some thoughts.
oh, you DO have other static pages which do show up? Then it shouldn′t be about sub-folder-issues, I′d guess…

I just got a 403 error so can′t really say much…

perhaps you uploaded them to a wrong folder?can happen really fast, I assure you, Anakin^^
download the theme(s) you want once more
(don′t use the folder already on your desktop or whatever, maybe you had a download error in that)
unzip and upload the unzipped folder via ftp to your wp-content/themes folder, check if they are exactly in there!, go back to your backend and try to activate…
sometimes you do have some error in downloading or uploading and just doing the same thing once again solves the problem…
